Change over day is normally Friday although this can be flexible. The weekly rental depends on the number of bedrooms used. That is up to 4 people (2 bedrooms) or 5-6 people (3bedrooms). The weekly rental for the villa for 2009 are as follows, inclusive of:- daily maid (Ignacia) service Monday to Friday, weekly bed linen change, towels changed twice a week, water charges, electricity charges, gas charges, swimming pool cleaning 1-2 times a week (depending on the season) and a gardener's service 2-3 times a week.
Deposit
A 20% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable.
Balance payment
This is due 6 weeks before the rental period commences.
Breakage deposit
A £100 deposit is required when booking. It will be returned if there is no damage after the keys have been returned to us.
Insurance
The above rental rates do not include any insurance whatsoever. You are very strongly advised to take out your own cover.
Pool Heater
This is £100 per week.
