The Villa Oleanders, Algarve
Roof Top View
There is a spacious flat roof to the villa. The sea can be seen about a mile away. Great place for a sun downer.
Garden
There is a well attended garden with its own lemon, tangerine, and orange trees. Feel free to use the lemons for a G&T
Heated Swimming Pool
This is the centre of attraction and the photo speaks for itself! It is 9 x 4.5 metres and is totally private and secluded. It is 1metre deep at the shallow end and 2 metres in the deep end. There is also pool lighting. It is surrounded by a patio area, an outdoor barbecue and patio lights to enhance any evening. There is also an outside shower.
The Lounge
This is comfortable and spacious and has Sky TV and a DVD player. Bring your own card for the digibox if you want to watch what you normally view at home. You can also have a log fire in winter. There is any sound system, a small library and some games.
Dining Area
Although you will probably eat in many of the excellent local restaurants, there is a very comfortable indoor dining area should you choose to cook and dine at Oleanders. An alternative is to dine by the swimming pool with its barbecue area.
Kitchen
Spacious, well equipped kitchen looking out onto the garden. Gas cooker with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, ample utensils and ironing board/iron. Indeed some guests have commented that it is better equipped than what they have at home!
Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms have twin beds and wardrobe facilities. They all open out onto the pool side patio so just get up and go for an early morning dip! What a great start to the day. Bedroom 1 has has en-suite facilities and a safe deposit box built in to the wardrobe.
Linen and Towels
Bathroom towels are supplied in the villa but you should bring your own beach/pool towels. Bed linen is supplied. The maid will also do some laundry washing for a small additional charge.
Bathrooms
There are bathrooms. One is ensuite and has a walk-in shower, double wash basins, WC and bidet. The other has a bath with a shower in it, double wash basins, WC and bidet
Internet Access
There is fast wireless broadband Internet access which does not require any passwords. Your computer should normally just pick it up after switching on your computer.
Pets
We are happy to consider pets staying at our villa but this needs to be discussed with us before any bookings are made.
Parking and Car Hire
There is ample parking on a private drive within the villa grounds. We can assist with car hire if required.
